1. Discuss City finances, tax rate, budget, initiatives, operations, projects, and strategic plans not limited to, but including: a. Direction regarding tax rate b. Employee compensation and benefits c. FY 26-27 projects d. City departments and services - revenues and expenditures e. Water and Wastewater rates f. Capital Improvement Plan

2. Discussion regarding the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Proposed Budget and action to set a public hearing date and vote on the proposed budget. The final budget will be approved after the public hearing on August 27, 2026.

3. Discussion regarding the proposed 2026 Tax Rate and action on a Resolution to set a public hearing date for August 27, 2026, and scheduling a vote on the tax rate for August 27, 2026. An action taken on this item at this meeting will not adopt a tax rate.
