AND, UH, REGARDING THE BERM HERE, THERE, WE, WE DID EXPLORE OPTIONS ON TRYING TO MOVE THE BERM BACK A LITTLE BIT, MAYBE EVEN PROVIDING JUST A LITTLE BIT OF A SHORTER BURN, BECAUSE AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE SITE PLAN, THERE REALLY ISN'T A WHOLE LOT OF SPACE BETWEEN WHERE THOSE A DA STALLS ARE AND THE REMAINING FRONTAGE GOING TO THAT SOUTHERN PROPERTY CORNER.

UM, SO I MEAN, WE, WE CERTAINLY TRY OUR BEST, BUT ACCORDING TO OUR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, IT WOULD BASICALLY JUST BE AKIN TO PILING UP SOME DIRT .

IT WOULD BE, UH, QUITE, QUITE INEFFECTIVE FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE.
