AGAIN, THAT'S SOMETHING CITY OR MDD CAN DO AND WE CAN CONSIDER, BUT THE GREASE TRAPS ARE PRETTY EXPENSIVE.

SO I JUST THINK WITH COST OF INFLATION, UM, THOSE ARE, THAT'S A REASON THAT WE WOULD WANT TO INCREASE THAT.

AND THEN I ADDED IN THE SECTION C SALE LEASE OR EXCHANGE OF LAND OR BUILDINGS AS IT APPLIES TO THE MDD BECAUSE THIS IS, AGAIN, SOMETHING WE CAN DO AS AN MDD BECAUSE WE CAN PURCHASE PROPERTIES.

UM, SO WE CAN USE THOSE PROPERTIES IN THAT LAND AS PART OF SOME INCENTIVES.

AND THOSE USES CAN BE BUILD A SUIT OR LEASE BACK A FREE OR REDUCED COST OF LAND FREE OR REDUCED COST OF BUILDINGS OR LAND LEASING.

SO, AND THEN YOU'LL SEE A MATRIX IN THERE FOR THE PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES.

AGAIN, THIS JUST HELPS THE USER WHO'S LOOKING TO APPLY FOR AN INCENTIVE THAT JUST HELPS THEM KIND OF SEE WHAT APPLIES TO, UM, THEIR INDUSTRY OR THEIR CATEGORY AND WHAT, UM, YOU KNOW, CAN BE CONSIDERED.

AGAIN, ALL OF THIS IS JUST THINGS THAT CAN BE CONSIDERED.

AND, AND MAYBE THEY DON'T HAVE EVERYTHING IN THERE, BUT THEY WOULD AT LEAST HAVE, YOU KNOW, SOME IDEAS OF THE VALUE TAXABLE VALUES OF THEIR PROPERTIES OR HOW MANY JOBS THEY'RE BRINGING.

THOSE TYPES OF, UM, DATA THAT AND POINTS THAT ARE GONNA HELP IN THE REVIEW PROCESS JUST TO MEASURE IMPACT.

SO AGAIN, YOU KNOW, MAKE SURE IT FITS WITH THE GOALS OF THE INCENTIVE POLICY AND THE PRIORITIES.

SO THE LAST PART, THE CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICATION, YOU'LL JUST NOTE THAT I ADDED IN THE HOT TAX, THE HOTEL TAX REBATE AND THE SALES TAX REBATE JUST TO MAKE SURE WE, YOU KNOW, WE HAD IT IN THOSE DIFFERENT SECTIONS AND THE APPLICATION CHANGES.

AND THEN I JUST ADDED SOME CLAUSES AT THE END.

UM, AGAIN, JUST COVERING ALL THE BASES.

UM, SO THE APPLICANTS UNDERSTAND, UM, THE REVIEW PROCESS AND, AND HOW, UM, HOW EVERYTHING GETS CONSIDERED AND THAT THEY'VE READ THE APPLICATION AND THAT THEY UNDERSTAND IT AND THEY'RE, THEY'RE SUPPLYING ALL THE INFORMATION THEY CAN SUPPLY.

SO IT'S JUST A LITTLE MORE THOROUGH INCENTIVE, UH, ADDITIONS TO THE INCENTIVE POLICY THAN WE HAD, UM, THE LAST ROUND, WHICH WAS 2024.

I'M SURE THAT THE CITY'S LEGAL MAY HAVE A COUPLE CHANGES, UM, THAT CITY COUNCIL WOULD ADOPT, BUT ULTIMATELY IT'S UP TO CITY COUNCIL ON, UH, BUT CITY STAFF HAS REVIEWED THIS AND UM, THEY'VE, YOU KNOW, WE'VE ALL LOOKED AT IT AND THIS IS OUR RECOMMENDATION AND IF Y'ALL JUST NEED A FEW MORE MINUTES, THAT'S FINE.

SO CSL HAS DONE, UH, NUMEROUS STUDIES IN THE AREA.

THEY'RE BASED, UM, IN THE AREA AND ALSO STATE IN, IN MINNEAPOLIS.

UM, IT IS WRITTEN TO DO A HOTEL DEVELOPMENT AND AN OUTDOOR SPORTS, I MEAN, EXCUSE ME, AN INDOOR SPORTS FACILITY FEASIBILITY STUDY.

HOWEVER, GIVEN THAT WE ARE GOING TO HAVE AN OUTDOOR SPORTS COMPLEX BUILT AND THE USE OF THAT IN, IN OTHER SPORTS VENUES OR COMPLEXES FACILITIES IN, IN AUBREY, WHETHER IT BE ISD OR OTHER, UM, COULD ALSO IMPACT THAT HOTEL, UM, POTENTIAL HOTEL BUSINESS.

SO, UM, IF WE WANTED TO INCLUDE A STUDY OF THAT OUTDOOR COMPLEX AND HOW THAT IMPACTS THE SPORTS, UM, MARKET, THE TOURISM AND HOTEL MARKET, WE CAN ADD THAT ON FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10,000.

SO WE COULD GO UP TO 80,000 ON THE FEASIBILITY STUDY AND HAVE ALL THREE OF THOSE COMPONENTS.

UM, IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES OR, UM, TWEAKS THAT YOU WOULD WANT TO MAKE TO THIS, UM, FEASIBILITY STUDY IN THIS PROPOSAL, I, I CAN GO BACK TO THEM AND NEGOTIATE THIS UP TO THAT AMOUNT YOU ALL ALLOW.

AND, UM, BUT JUST WANNA MAKE SURE THAT THE GOALS OF OUR STUDY ARE WHAT YOU ALL ARE EXPECTING AND THAT WHAT WE HAD DISCUSSED AND WOULD BE BEST.

BUT GIVEN THE, THE FACT THAT THE SPORTS COMPLEX IS UPCOMING, UM, I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE GOOD TO TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN IT COMES TO HOTELS FOR SURE.

WAS EVERYBODY ABLE TO READ OVER IT? THERE'S, THERE'S QUITE A BIT OF WORDING, BUT, UM, DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON IT? PRETTY ROBUST.
