UH, THE MAJORITY OF THE PROPERTY IS UM, NORTH OF FRONTIER AND THAT'S A SINGLE FAMILY, UM, DEVELOPMENT AND THEN SOUTH AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER, A FRONTIER PARKWAY IN MCNAT.

IT'S A GR GENERAL RETAIL LOT.

UM, SO THE SUBDIVISION IS COMPRISED OF, UM, SINGLE FAMILY LOTS THAT ARE 40 FEET BY 115 FEET AND THE MINIMUM LOT IS 4,600 SQUARE FEET.

AND THEN THE GENERAL RETAIL TRACT WILL COMPLY WITH THE GENERAL RETAIL STANDARDS.
